Theater at Lime Kiln’s 2012 Monte Carlo auctions includes a wide array of items generously donated by supporters of Lime Kiln. THANK YOU to all who donated items. They are greatly appreciated.

Absentee Bids – Live Auction items only.
If you are unable to attend our Monte Carlo Evening on February 4, 2012, you may submit an absentee bid via email to office@theateratlimekiln.org. In submitting a bid, you are authorizing Theater at Lime Kiln to bid on an item/items on your behalf, up to but not exceeding the amount[s] detailed. If more than one bid of the same value is received, the first one received will take precedence. Item descriptions and absentee bids are extended as a courtesy to those who are unable to attend. In the event that an absentee bid is not properly executed, Theater at Lime Kiln will not be held responsible for any actual or imagined losses incurred. Please ask questions BEFORE bids are submitted.
Absentee bids must be received by 5 p.m. EST on Friday, January 27, 2012. The bid should clearly identify the auction item and the maximum bid with only one item per entry screen. Please do not enter multiple bids on one screen. Submit bids to office@theateratlimekiln.org by clicking on the “Send” button at the end of the entry screen. Theater at Lime Kiln will call you for credit card information, so please include you telephone number. No bid is valid until the credit card information has been recorded.
At the Live Auction the auctioneer will bid on the absentee bidders behalf. The auctioneer will bid up to, but not exceeding the amount stated in the online bid, until the item is sold. Successful online bids will be notified by telephone and the shipping of the item is the responsibility of the winning bidder.
