Located in a former Pure Oil filling station, Pure Eats serves premium local beef burgers from Buffalo Creek Beef, fresh, house-made doughnuts, fries, deep-fried potato salad, rich Homestead Creamery milk shakes, and Virginia craft beers. Remember- a trip to Lexington isn’t complete without a visit to The Palms. A little history the building was built in 1936 by the Franklin Society, one of the country’s foremost debating clubs. Since then, the building has been a public library, a farm store, an auction house and an ice cream parlor. In 1975 The Palms occupied the first floor.
